How To: Shipping


 

Customers Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for any damage to the package during transit.
    • Make sure to package your items safely using some cushion inside your package(s).
    • If the item breaks in transit, you will not be compensated for this item.
  • We do not work for USPS or UPS as we are not responsible for any lost packages.

 

If You order is below $50:

  • We do not reimburse for shipping cost on orders below $50

 

 If You order is above $50 - You will Qualify For:

  • You will receive a pre-paid UPS or USPS Shipping label sent to your email.
  • Simply print the label out and attach to your package then drop the package off at a UPS or USPS location (depending on the label you receive) - that easy
  • Any attempts to falsely submit an order above $50 to get a free shipping label. Will result in the deduction of the cost of the UPS label from your order total.

 

General Guidelines to Follow:

  • Please notify us when you mail your video games – Please include a copy of your order inside your package. 
  • Upon arrival of your games, we will notify you by e-mail.
    • Payment Methods Offered are :
      • Business Check - Most Select This Option
      • Paypal (Payment in your account instantly)
  • You will get paid within 24 to 72 hours of receiving your items, unless the package is delivered on friday, holiday or on the weekend. Then your package will get processed on the next business day.
