We ship with the United States Postal Service.
My item is expensive, will it be insured?
All items with a purchase price of $100 or more are fully insured through the shipping carrier, with signature confirmation included at no extra cost.
How long does shipping generally take?
Most orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days, depending on USPS. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Every order gets a tracking number, sent to you once the shipping label is purchased.
How do I know the game is authentic?
Every game we sell is checked for authenticity before we buy it. We've also written and published articles and videos showing gamers how to spot counterfeit video games. You can request a photo of the internal cartridge board before purchase.
