Do you buy the entire library of Original Xbox games?
- No. We do not purchase most sports titles or other dated genres from this system. Only certain sports franchises are eligible (see list below).

Do you buy Original Xbox accessories or consoles?
- No. At this time, we only purchase Original Xbox games. We do not buy the consoles, controllers, or other accessories.
Do you accept imports, demo discs, or promo copies?
- No. We only accept NTSC U/C (U.S. and Canada) retail releases. Import titles, demo discs, and promotional copies are not eligible.
What about Platinum Hits vs. Black Label editions?
- We accept both versions. For most games, the trade-in price is the same, though some titles may have minor differences in value.
Condition & Deductions Questions:
What happens if the case is cracked or broken?
- A damaged standard case will result in a $1.50 deduction. If the damage extends to the artwork insert or manual, the game may be rejected.
What if the disc is scratched?
- Light surface scuffs are usually acceptable.
- Deep scratches or discs with many visible marks will be rejected.
- Any disc with label-side (foil) damage will be rejected immediately.
Are stickers or markings on the disc or manual acceptable?
- Retail price stickers on the outer plastic case are fine.
- Stickers, marker, or adhesive residue on the disc, artwork, or manual will result in a 30% deduction.
- Severe issues such as water damage, rips, mold, or heavy fading will lead to rejection.
Art-work And Manuals Questions:
Can I sell Original Xbox games without the original case or manual?
- No. We do not accept loose discs.
All Original Xbox games must include:
• The original case
• Authentic front cover artwork
• Instruction manual (booklet)
Do you accept generic or reprinted artwork?
- No. We only accept authentic retail artwork and manuals. Custom-printed, photocopied, or generic replacements (including rental-store cases) are not accepted.
What if my game is missing the manual?
- A 40% deduction will be applied to the quoted price.
